User's Guide: Main Screen

This is where you will perform the software maintenance functions. It is placed on the main screen and it's a good idea to do an Automatic Upgrade regularly - there may be updated definitions or added features available to download.

Automatic Updates

Updates the software with the most recent version available.

Compact Database

Reorganizes the database used by the software, possibly freeing up some disk space or repairing broken records. This should also be used if database performance becomes sluggish, although the software does this automatically during some operations.

Open Generated / Open Previews

Quick access to open output folders.

Delete Generated / Delete Previews

Quick access to delete output folders.
