User's Guide: Keyword Manager

This is where you can setup keyword lists. Keeping small lists of very related keywords is usually your best bet - use the populate function to give you a start and weed out the list until it's as desired. It is not recommended to use the full set of returned keywords, you should always go over this list manually and ensure every keyword is right for this profile. You can store a large amount of profiles, so go ahead and experiment with different combinations.

Saved Profile

Allows you to select a saved profile to either Load or Delete.

Load Profile

Loads a saved profile.

Delete Profile

Deletes the currently selected profile.

Rename

Renames the currently loaded profile.

Keywords

The keyword list is found on the left side of this screen, directly above the Remove Checked/Remove UnChecked buttons. These two buttons do just as they say, remove the checked or unchecked items from the keyword list. You can manually select (check) items in the keyword list. There is also a button to clear the keyword list.

Add Keyword

Adds an entry to the keyword list.

Populate Keyword List

Populates the keyword list with related terms.

Import Keywords

Imports keywords from a file, one keyword per line.

Export Keywords

Exports keywords to a file, one keyword per line.

Save Keyword Profile

Saves the profile.
